KCR, Kodandaram Harmful To Telangana: TDP

Telugu Desam Telangana Forum convener Errabelli Dayakara Rao stated that TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao and TPJAC chairman Prof M Kodandaram were more harmful to the statehood cause than the Seemandhra leaders.

Addressing a press conference here, Errabelli said that the Telangana Political Joint Action Committee or Telangana Rashtra Samithi have no right to direct the TDP leaders on what they should do with regard to Telangana. He asked KCR why he was not asking Congress president Sonia Gandhi to attend the all-party meeting, and instead asking TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu to do so. He alleged that KCR and his family members were merely exploiting the Telangana sentiments and were not serious about the statehood cause.

The TDP leader said that people would soon realise that they were being exploited and would chase away KCR and his family members from the region.

Errabelli also condemned TPJAC for ignoring the sacrifices and services being rendered by the TDP leaders. He said the TPJAC had no moral right to issue ultimatums to the TDP. (INN)
