AP Will Also Issue Notices To KCR: Yanamala Ramakrishnudu
The Andhra Pradesh finance minister said there were 87 cases filed in AP against the Telangana CM, and that AP would respond in kind if Naidu was targeted.
Suspecting that the Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau might be about to issue notices to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for his alleged voice in the audio tapes pertaining to the infamous note-for-vote case of Telangana TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, AP finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu today said that AP would also issue notices to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
Talking to the media at the Secretariat after Chandrababu Naidu chaired an emergency cabinet meeting on the rumors of notices to be served by the Telangana ACB, the minister maintained that AP would act swiftly and serve notices to KCR as there were 87 cases filed in Andhra Pradesh against the latter.
The Telangana government had no right to issue notices to Naidu, he said.
"If such a situation arises, we will not keep quiet, and will instead react immediately. Our government will definitely serve notices on the Telangana Chief Minister," Ramakrishnudu averred. (NSS)
