The 7 assembly constituencies of which results had been declared so far saw Telangana Rashtra Samithi candidate Chennamaneni Ramesh capture the Vemulawada seat with a margin of 50,443 votes.
TRS candidate Koppula Eshwar captured the Dharmapuri seat by a margin of 58,854 votes.
In Sirupt, the winning margin of 15,214 votes went in favour of Kaveti Sammaiah of the TRS, while the Mancherial seat was captured by a margin of 77,922 votes in favour of Gaddam Arvind Reddy of the TRS.
The Chennur seat was retained by the TRS candidate Nallala Odelu, with 44,284 votes being the difference.

record-breaking 95,858 votes were polled in favour of TRS candidate Harish Rao in the Siddipet Assembly constituency.
The BJP candidate from the Nizamabad Urban constituency, Y Lakshminaryana, captured the seat by defeating his rival PCC president D Srinivas with a margin of 11,981 votes.
