"CM Didn't Discuss Resignation"

Tribal Welfare Minister Pasupuleti Balaraju, on Sunday, clarified that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has not discussed the issue of his resignation with any of the cabinet colleagues, especially those from the Seemandhra regions.

Talking to reporters, Balaraju said that the CM did not hint to them that he would quit from the post if the Centre decides to divide Andhra Pradesh. However, he did not rule out such a possibility.

Balaraju said that all the ministers from the Seemandhra region have made it clear to Congress president Sonia Gandhi that they would resign from their posts if the Centre divides the state. (INN)
