The schedule of the visit of Union Home Minister Amit Shah to Telangana has been finalised.
Shah will land in the city on Friday evening. He will reach the Shamshabad international airport at 9:50 pm on Friday night, and halt for the night at the National Police Academy.
He will reach the Secunderabad Parade Grounds at 8:45 am on Saturday and stay there till 11:45 am.
He will hoist the national flag as part of the Telangana Liberation Day celebrations of the union government.
He will then take part in an important meeting of the party's leaders at the city-based tourism plaza.
He will go to the Secunderabad-based Classic Gardens at 2:30 pm and participate in a program being held by Union Minister for Tourism and Culture G Kishan Reddy to distribute implements to disabled people to celebrate the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Later, he will return to the Police Academy and take part in different programs.
Shah will leave for New Delhi at 7:30 pm on Saturday.
