MIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi on Saturday underwent several medical tests in the Adilabad District Jail.

A team of doctors from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences was called to the jail after the MIM leader complained that he was suffering from severe ear pain. The doctors collected blood samples besides conducting a thorough medical checkup. After the analysis, the doctors said that there was no need to worry.

It may be mentioned that Akbrauddin Owaisi has been lodged in the Adilabad District Jail since his arrest on January 8 in the alleged hate speech case registered by the Nirmal police. (INN)
