Aero Express Bursts Into Flames

An Aero Express bus that was on its way from the Shamshabad airport to Begumpet burst into flames.

An Aero Express bus that was on its way from the Shamshabad airport to Begumpet burst into flames earlier this evening. The driver of the bus has attributed the accident to the occurance of a short circuit.

The driver revealed that there were 2 passengers in the bus at the time of the accident, and that fortunately no one was hurt. However, the bus itself is damaged beyond repair. He stated that the improper maintanence of the buses was what caused this accident.

The Aero Express is the bus service provided by GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL) that shuttles passenger to and from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad.
