Three more cases of COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus) have been reported in Telangana today, taking the overall number of cases in the state to 44.
For the first time in the state since the outbreak of the coronavirus, two doctors have tested positive for it, health authorities on Thursday said.
The doctors, husband and wife, hail from Domalguda, have been admitted to government hospitals, and are stable.
Another report said that a 49-year-old resident of Qutbullapur in Medchal district, who was in contact with a coronavirus patient and had travelled to New Delhi recently, had also tested positive.
