11 Girls Rescued, 8 Pimps Held From Yadadri Brothels
Most of the girls were aged less than 10.

On a tip-off, the Special Operations Team of the Rachakonda police, accompanied by the Yadadri town police, ICDS officials and SHE teams, raided brothel houses in Ganesh Nagar in Yadagirigutta village and rescued 11 minor girls.
The police also arrested eight pimps of the Dommari caste.
The arrested were identified as Kamsani Kalyani, 25; Kamsani Anita, wife of Prashant, 30; Kamsani Susheela, wife of Satyanarayana, 60; Kamsani Narasimha alias Babloo, 23; Kamsani Sruthi, daughter of Sreenu, 25; Kamsani Saritha, wife of Yadagiri, 50; Kamsani Vani, daughter of Yadagiri, 28; and Kamsani Vamshi, 20, all residents of Ganesh Nagar, Yadagirigutta village.
Police said that the rescued children were being sent to rescue homes, and that action under the P D Act would be initiated against the others.
According to the Yadadri-Bhongir district Deputy Commissioner of Police, the minor girls, most of whom are aged under 10, were procured from various places in the state and initiated into the flesh trade by pimps Krishna Shankar and Kamsani Yadagiri after paying one Rs 1 lakh to 2 lakhs per girl. They also used to pick up orphan girls, the DCP said. The pimps also got the girls injected with hormones for early maturity, and rapid growth and development of physical features, by one Dr Swamy who used to charge Rs 25,000 per girl.
Later, the traffickers kept the girls in brothel houses and looked after their welfare until their teenage.
