GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

We are facing drainage block since 15 days at Vimaladevi Nagar, Anandbagh, Behid Nutan Sneha Apartments/ Astabujadevi Temple
Please send some person to resolve the issue.

At balapur area there is a many issues for electricity per day the light will go for 4hours i request to solve this problem as soon as possible

We have a drainage system issue which needs to be taken care of as soon as possible in domalguda plot#40 near Santhosh tent house.

Can this be resolved as soon as possible

Sir, please refer my earlier complaints dated 18 & 24/9/2020 for LRS application No. HMDAL006160 dated 11.12.2015, and I sent mails to the Mayor, Dy. Mayor and commissioner of GHMC also, till date did not receive reply or suggestion.

I went to GHMC office met with desk officer Mr.Raghavareddy on 7th floor, as suggested by him, I tried to reload the application for HMDA forwarded applications to GHMC, on submission of OTP from registered mobile number, appeared new application for layout regularization from GHMC website. The link is given here, After entering all the details up loaded all required documents such as sale deed, site location, layout, Urban land ceiling affidavit, encumbrance certificate, market value certificate, indemnity bond, 2008 LRS application, Demand draft details etc., several time I tried not getting upload the application. For the same plot I paid Rs. 12,700/- in 2008 and 10,000/ in 2015. Please help me to proceed further to get LRS clearence. I request you to improve the GHMC web site by simplification, or allot one desk officer to help like me many people.

Hi, Street lights in SBH Colony, Srinagar Colony Road, Near Sampradaya Sweets are not working for more than 3 months . It really concerns about safety and security for people traveling at night. Moreover during heavy rain , there will be huge flood water in this road. Kindly look into addressing this on priority.

I belong to creative nagar, Malkangiri.
Our ghmc van for garbage collection is never regular. He comes around 6 AM on Sundays. It is getting really difficult. Can you please look into this and regularise the timings.

I was enquired about the application status of LRS application No. HMDAL006160 in the HMDA counter, they told the application is forwarded to GHMC, I submitted a letter on white paper for the forwarding details, but they told they will send information to my residence, but till date, I did not receive any response from them. Now I request you to provide application status to proceed further for completion the process. In this corona situation don’t insist me to go to the counter physically? Please find my application from the applications forwarded from HMDA to GHMC. Kindly do the needful by providing application details along with the officer name and designation to whom I have to visit in GHMC.

Drainage blocked out side of house that causes our internal drainage blocked and flow of dirty water in side house.

No services of Sanitization,Fogging, Sweeping,Garbage collection.Kindly concern authority look in to matter.
