The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

I'm vijay staying in ramachandrapuram (112)division, h-no 5-102 srinivas Nagar colony.
From many days drainage water coming in to the house.drainage system blocked with sand.

Garbage lifter is not visiting my area for the last 15 days thereby there is heap of garbage in the households spreading foul and stinky atmosphere giving way to brooding of mosquitoes and communicable diseases under this ferocious situation of vivid 19.
Authorities may therefore to request that immediate necessary action may kindly be taken against the garbage lifter and arrange immediate lifting of garbage from the households.

We are leaving at H.no 8-2-269/19/247a,ndiranagar basti,near cyberheights,roadno 2,hyderabab..our beside house is louged with dung and animal wastes,as they are not cleaning..we are suffering due to heavy mosquitoes during ngt..we don't know whether they had permission to grow cows and hens.. evening we are facing horrible smell and we can't able to walk aside the street due to this..sir we r in tension of covid-19 these days.as a saferty measure kindly check them..and take the necessary action..

My complaint regarding the garbage collection in my area..The garbage collection van comes to collect the waste in my home and the person who collects the waste saying that we have to dump the waste in van..if a person comes to collect the waste his responsibility to collect the waste and dump in the van...He is very rude saying that he will not collect the waste if we not dump the waste in van...This is not fair..if a person not wish to collect the waste he shouldn't come at my place...kindly do the needful for the same and guide the person accordingly...

Good morning sir , I am b venkanna h no :3-10-20/84/a, r.t.c colony, ramanthapur , garbage collecting persons come in 3 or 4 days once some time they won't come throughout week , when we ask , they started arguing with us and soughted on us , this colony people facing a lot problems with them sir kindly solve this problem
