The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

hello,we stay at jyothi nagar,north lalaguda,malkajgiri.
there is a big wide open drainage since many years.during rainy season it gets filled up and drains into our houses.it even causes hell of smell and many mosquitos and flies have ruined our lives.we are facing lots of health issues .kindly react to this and save our lives.

We r staying in Vivekananda nagar, kukatpally. Area is very clean. But in my side house on top floor they are dumping food waste etc. Because of rains too much smell and flies and mosquitos are coming from that garbage. We complained so many times to the house owner and tenant to clear that but they are not reacting. I don't know where to complaint about this. We r suffering with this from 5 months. It effects the surrounded environment here. So please help me out the solution

Good morning. I tried calling the call center, but no response. We are from Nalanda nagar, street no. 6, Attapur, Hyderabad. There is a severe drainage leakage and the shit I flowing on the roads. Request your immediate attention to resolve the same. Thanks!

I am residence of plot no 178, venkateshwara arcade, Moti nagar, Hyderabad 500018. My mail I'd gkm1018@gmail..com , mob 9731200443. Since more than 6 months garbage being dumped along with outer boundary wall of apartment. Campus. Garbage not lifted even it is lying more than 6 months. Wherein side by apartments garbage being lifted recently on payments. Request your early attention to ensure action being taken immediately.

This is regarding road crossing issue at rethibowli junction, request you to place some foot over bridge or signalling system as it's very difficult to cross the road especially in the night times as vehicles flow is huge and fast.

Sir, The way at NALLAGANDLA bypass road opp DOCTORS COLONY,opp Cafe coffeeday,near SOUTH PARK apts,side of HP petrobunk,has been blocked with cement blocks and no way for the resident's vehicles to cross to otherside.The residents are compelled to drive up to bypass road top and take U turn and then has to return back to Gachhibowli road.The cement blocks are to be removed and give way to colony vehicles please.

THE FOOT PATH FROM HONDA SHOW ROOM GATE TO HABSIGUDA STREET NO.8 IS OCCUPIED BY HONDA SHOW ROOM FENCING AND NGRI METRO RAIL STATION.
PEDESTRIANS ARE COMPELLED TO WALK ON THE MAIN ROAD WHICH IS ALREADY NARROW.
ACCIDENTS MAY OCCUR AND MOST OF THE VEHICLES ARE BUMPING ONTO PEDESTRIANS.

PLEASE INSTRUCT THE HONDA SHOW ROOM OWNERS TO MOVE THE FENCE ATLEAST 4 FEET BACK FOR PEDESTRIANS TO REACH STREET 8.

Dear sir/madam
This is to bring to your notice about the water stagnation , drainage water, and bad roads in Nanakramguda near Keystone School.
The road leading to Keystone and Sri ram universal school in Nanakramguda is really really bad and it's an issue of kids safety.
And there is drainage water stagnation right in front of Keystone school. Which is leading to lots of mosquitoes. And kids are falling sick . Few kids are tested positive for Dengue. Repeated requests from school authorities to GHMC are in vain and neglected.
Some action has to be taken, it's a matter of our kids health and safety.
Hope GHMC reacts on this and takes necessary actions.

Hi GHMC,

We are facing garbage blocking due to stems which was caused because of electric department.. In 15 days ago the electric team had came and the trees where ever trees are touching electric wires and that stems throughout in drainage canal which is stopping all the plastic and water bcz that we are getting bad smell and may leads to viral fevers.. Your immediate action will help the people...
