GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Sir the drainage leaking for 4 days at singareni colony graveyard line. Upto 1000 metres the drainage line has been not there. In ward 68 has been many problems clear as well as soon possible

Dear sir I'm Kiran. N from jillelguda I was complaint to jillelguda muncipalty office to clean the drinage near my house.I was complaint on 26-03-2019.And they told to Call to mahendher from 1pm I was calling him he is not responding to my call and he is putting the messages I will call back later.An i was call from another number and he was telling to give the complaint in the municipality office in jillelguda so I went to their an i was complaint in the written letter on 27-03-2018 and he was not responsible of any complaint an i am started calling him on 28-03-2019 and again he is not responding my call so I took my Friends mobile and I was call him and again he was telling to complaint in online this is the rule GHMC employee mahendher giving the response to the people.What are the GHMC officers are doing.Aftral you are not responding for small complaint what u are doing for big complaints.thats why our telangana state is not developing how much only one person shoud take care of telangana CM K.CHANDRASHEKAR RAO. He is only one person to take care ha what the GHMC employes are doing. I want immediately action on this complaint.... Thank u Sir....

Drainage pipe block from 1 month
To, The Commissioner,
GHMC, Hyderabad

I am working in kowkoor near sayamala function hall besides gowthame school.

There is drainage overflow from 4weeks in this area. Sevage water flow almost 100meter. The surrounding area look very unhygienic. Online complaint no : 260219289429 dt 26 Feb 19,260219289803 dt 26 Feb ,270219290468 dt 27 Feb, 20319292725 dt 02 Mar 19.

I request you to please look into this issue and resolve this issue as soon as possible

Hello sir / GHMC,
I am a resident of Srikrishna Nagar colony Dilshuknagar, House no.:16-74/102, Vijetha Kalyan enclave apartment. Here is a drainage problem in my area in front of our gate because it is not cleared regularly.It is very unhealthy to breathe drainage smell. So i am requesting you to solve the problem.
Kindly resolve the issue at earliest.

I am a resident of nadeem colony tolichoki , House no. 9-4-138/52 grammer colony , i have facing lot of mosquitos problem in my area i m requesting some guys came here but not doing job properly

We reside at Motinagar Snehapuri colony, we have an open plot behind our house which has been turned into a garbage place by the people who are residing in the surrounding houses of the plot. The mousquito issue and health issues have been incresing a lot due to this.it would be a great help if u could take an action over this. Thanks
