The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

The park at survey number-167.,Near masjid Banda circle,Kondapur,-84, is not maintained with the result we can't go for walking in the and people started misusing it as toilet,dumping waste etc.We request authorities to organise to clean up the park so that we can use for walking and children's play area..thanks

For the past 2 days the lane behind the Jahan Ara Masjid...near Bharat Gas Agency:Tirumala Enterprises has not been sweeped.
Also the Garbage dump from each house is not collected.
Please look into the matter with urgency.

Sir, I would like to bring your kind notice that the six road Netaji nagar junction at Kapra is heavily crowded. There are many illegal constructions. Recently one car workshop and Hotel have come up at the junction making the situation further bad. Many cars of the car work station are parked on the road. There are many encroachments. Kindly examine the matter and take remedial action.

I need to bring this information to your notice that unauthorized construction at PLOT NO 55, A S RAJU NAGAR, KUKATPALLY Near South India Shopping Mall MNR School Line is being carried out without any GHMC permission because of construction we are not able to sleep at night because the work is being carried out at night also sir, please check out the solution of this problem as construction is being carried in an unauthorized way.

In durgam cheruvu area, kavuri hills phase 2 road manhole leakage is getting there , Leakage flows to complete road ,people are can't bear to walk,The smell is too worst, Please do check this complaint.

i, we stay kalasiguda ' forzenguda, bollarum bazar layout, our nibherhood HOUSE NO:- 2-9-39/3/2 foezenguda bollarum they have even constructed compound wall on layout public road, the are giving lots problems to nibherhood and not ablyto moving ambulance on road people's are gearing trouble lot in emergency , please take the immediate action

Neighbours has illegally constructed and extended their houses and their compound walls without taking any ghmc permission and has made increase the land in front of common lane (Road).which is causing inconvenience and congested to public for travelling, kindly look into the matter on priority basis and intimate to ghmc officials to stop the cc road laying immediately,which is under progress
