The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

There is drainage leakage on road at sbh colony road no. 3 ,mohan nagar kothapet, hyderabad due to which water is overflowing on road and creating problem to the residents of that area. Kindly repair it.

In deepthi Sri nagar near by park area street dogs are very heavy we are suffering with the dogs no body can take a action customer care number also not available . Ghmc dogs complaint number is not proper so please clear the dogs in my area and mention the proper number

I would like to inform you that in my street frequently drainages are blocking
near to the manwhole, which leads to viral fever,Dengue fevers and unhealthy as well as we are unable to move on the street.

Last week also GHMC drainage clearing people have come and instead of clearing and repairing the damage drainage pipeline they have taken out drainage sand and water from manwholes and poured on roads and gone. Now, this week also again blocked all manwholes.

Please inform the GHMC People to clean with cleaning machines and solve our problem
I sincerely request to take the matter as urgent and please do the need full.

Drainage leakage near venkateshawara swamy temple, bkguda, srnagar. We r trying from 1 week to the numbers 155304...its not working. Wats the service you r providing to the people...

The situation is very very bad n small kids r facing lot of health problems due. To the bad smell..

Kindly respond soon....its greater hyd but municipaliry always at lower grade.....wat the corporaters r doing....its like hell..

Pls repair this asap....

Hi,
I'm residing at H. No. 9-3-163/164, Regimental Bazaar,Secunderabad. We are facing every alternate day a huge problem of Overflow of Drainage water since year's. Due to number of lodges there is no proper drainage connection which it over flows from every angle. I request you to solve the problem at the earliest we are unable to stay at home and it stinks a lot.

After giving lot of complaints GHMC is unable to rectify the problem.

Hello Sir,

I'm a resident of Darulshifa which is surrounded by all Govt Blind school,other Govt Schools and Govt offices.

Our neighbour by name Mir Hashim Ali alias Iqbal is building the house and as he is building the house he is also encroaching the land in front causing inconvenience to every body in the society.

As there is Govt school for Blind children it will cause problem for them to passby and they might hit the wall which they are not used to and also our neighbour is leaving us with a space of a single person to pass by.

We have asked our neighbour not to encroach the land but he claimed that all land belong to him and he is not encroaching any govt land and challenged us that no one can stop him from building the house.

He also setup borewell which is on the govt land and not on in his premises.

We went the local police station and lodged a complaint against him but they have informed us that it is a civil matter and ask us to approach Municipal Corporation which we did approach and have also lodged a complaint in Mandal office.

The MCH has stopped the work and have asked them to show the permit to build the house which he does not have.

Now the problem is the whole land is dug up and as you are aware these are rainy days the land is getting filled by water causing us inconvenience.

Hence, I request you to please take necessary action and please close these digs as early as possible.

When ever we approach to your Abids department for problems of Nampally station road, Furniture Maker line, not resolved water drainage or rainfall Water not flowing in drainage system totally failed because of METRO rail works and GHMC ignored till date.

Road no. 3,of Ratna Nagar Colony, new maruthi Nagar, ko thapet, laying of road is long time pending. About a month back a high level of mud was layed and laying of road is still pending. Now, because of rains, the water is getting into the houses and making very inconvenient to stay. Attention is required urgently for laying of the road.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring the following few lines for your consideration.

1. Ramdas Nagar colony is a neatly maintained small colony with two cement roads and underground drainage.

2. When ever rain is raining, lot of rain water and drain water is stagnated especially in front of the house numbers 31,32,33,34,35 and 36. Due to this, people from these six houses are not able to move out from the house. If they want to move out for regular duties, they must walk in drain water only which causes severe allergices and health problems many times. Around 6 to 7 small kids are staying in this road. This situation repeats in every rain. GHMC workers are also not interested to clear the remains of the drain after rain is stopped.

3. Actually, drain water is flowing from open nallas from Ashok colony and near by colonies. Many times, higher authorities visited and promised to cover the open nalla from Ashok colony and sorrounding colonies. That activity is not completed so far.

4. Hence, you are requested to study the problem and help us to stay in healthy environment.

In L.B.Nagar Cilcle, the sewerage pipe line along plot nos (13-14-114) to (13-14-115) - Infront of Dr. Chandramouli Hospital near P&T Colony Post office, P&T Colony, Dilshuknagar, Hyderabad is chocked since last 7 days, not successful though numerous complaints over phone to the office.

Kindly do necessary help in immediate de-chocking of the said pipe line.
