The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

At B-85, Madhuranagar, vengalaraonagar garbage developed due to heavy rain in second week of May is not removed by GHMC people so far.
Reminder to sweepers is no use.

I have been trying this number 155304 and 241111111 to launch a complaint about the drainage over flow in my area This number is not functional or there is nobody to respond . Please check with its functionality or provide some alternative.

In Kavadeguda Vijaya Apartments, This building has permission for only 3 floors. But builder had constructed more than 3 floors and sold it for profits. Also shops construction under this building is illegal.
Kindly demolish all illegality constructed parts of this buildings before the whole building collapses.

The street in font of Vinayak temple in Vinayak Nagar, Saidabad has become a filth street, even part of it is being used as open air loo. Every morning the residents wake up to the foul smell of loo or the burning of garbage. We are promptly paying the house tax then why this apathy. The difficulty multiplies in the rainy season, please help

Regarding #SOUND DISTURBANCE & POLLUTION I am Purushotham Reddy resident of Mallapur in brahmapuri colony Hyderabad, a large group of people performing engineering heavy-sound pollution works near our houses like cutting iron rods with the help of machines and using heavy cylinders which causes alots of sound disturbance and pollution which is leading to many diseases issues to elders as well as kids, no safety measures have been taken, they have NO permission to do this works, the owner has taken the land for lease, they work from morning to till late nights, infact they use lorries to unload the iron roads and heavy machines frequently, we are unable to stay in our houses, due to the pollution and disturbance, we are facing health issues, Infact, I have raised complaint in the GHMC app on 15th April, personally our colony members went to GHMC office KAPRA and has given complaint letter to the Ghmc Dc Saroja, over 50 colony members were signed but NO action has been taken till now, INFACT we have waited patiently for one month, I hope so you understand the seriousness of the problem, please do the needful, plz respond as soon as possible

Hi Sir,

My name is Vittal, I am staying in Sreelaxmi nagar colony, BODUPPAL. Recently a month ago i bought an house . There was a small temple place in layout which is 80 syar adds in dead corner. Generally Renuka Ellama temple built with east face but here the comittee decided and just started to build with north face which in against Vastu.

There were others who stays in east side they have made objection and comittee simmply turned the temple face towards my house.

Comitteis not listening my concerns because I am new to the colony.

Please help us out ASAP because it is dead corner and we have many houses around this place. It not more suitable for temple.
