Problem with myghmc app server ,I cannot rise a complaint through application and even when complaint is made through call no response from the technical team and I am not sure that customer care have rise ticket with respect to my complaint.

Illegal Building and Compound wall construction in Old Malkajgiri area
In old malkajgiri beside H NO:6-26 and near ramalayam temple close to appa temple people MR. Raju reddy are extending houses without any legal permission they have build a 3 floored building they have almost occupied the half of the back side lane with balcony and H NO:6-125 extended the compound wall at the back side and closed the entire lane kindly please remove the entire part . it is causing difficulties to go by vehicles in those lanes due to this. Kindly check the papers which belong to the residents and check whether there constructed area is not more than area mentioned in papers. A big centering stick fell down from third floor on the electric wires broken and transformers wires were broken and fell down on the road at that time four people were standing on the road and they frightened and ran away from the road and second time plastic covers tied to the front side of the constructing third floored building and fell on the wires and cause short circuit all colony people complained several times on this issues but the owner had yet not responded and continuing his work as usual .please take this action immediately else I need to raise the issue to higher level .Is this government where people are allowed to block the road without any permission that what is the use of others who are paying money and taking the land legally. take the action as earliest.i have also complained in GHMC compalint board but no response i had also made a grievance cell no 155304 and complained on this issue but no response and they said that they had given this compained to an officer i had contacted that officer several time but no response from him.please resolve this issue as earliest else this will be sent to both social media and news channels. I am staying in SR nagar near B K guda park. I would like to inform you that Drainage water was getting stagnated giving bad odour to people who are doing morning walk in that park. Please take necessary action to go clean and green which was main aim of Haritha haram program.

on.02/07/2016 i visit Sun-Shine Hospital Near Paradise, Secundrabad along with my friend Mr.Mohammad Khasim for treatment and trying to park my four wheeler at. the Hospital, then the security people of sunshine Hospital informed me that, there is no parking place of Sun-shine Hospital to their patients, and suggested me that please park my car on streets in front of our hospital as the chairman of our hospital managed the GHMC AND CONCERNED POLICE, AND YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM, then i parked my car at. street, surprisingly the Traffic police imposed two Challans against my car, the said incident was due to inaction of GHMC FOR NOT TAKING action against the illegal construction of said commercial outbuildings.
