Mayor Banda Karthika Reddy on Thursday appealed to the general public to participate in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation's "Face To Face" program on November 6 from 4pm to 5pm at the GHMC head office, and get their grievances solved.
Karthika Reddy stated that during the program, public grievances would be received over telephone for the 1st half an hour, and later, grievances would be received from the citizens in person.
People can call on 040-2322-1978, 2322-2018, 2326-1330 to register their complaints.
Karthika Reddy revealed that besides the GHMC Commissioner, various government officials, including the Commissioner of Police, the HMDA Metropolitan Commissioner, the HMWSSB Managing Director, the Hyderabad district Collector, the Ranga Reddy district Collector, the AP TRANSCO Chief Engineer (Metro Zone), the Telecom DGM, the APSRTC Regional Manager and a nominee of the South Central Railways would attend the program.
This program will be conducted once a month on every first Saturday, under the chairmanship of the Mayor.
The venue for the program is the Face To Face Hall, GHMC, Head Office.

My name is Devi.I stay at Khairtabad behind Library,i.e Nehru Nagar colony red buildings.Garbage near to my house is the big problem for all,causing mosquitoes to spread in our area.Kindly respond accordingly.
I am resident of the Nagole(nuvula banda),near Subham functionhall ,Hyderabad people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motor bike which lead to many accident in the area. The news of the new born baby attack by the dog is not fade yet. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is headache as person who has night shifts facing worst situation.
I am requesting you to look on that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

We planted many trees in our vacant areas. They cause lot of waste, which is being dried and burnt now with pollution and damage to buildings and even plants. Trucks have to be sent to clear the waste to every area at least once in a week

dog menance at Ramnagar, way from Luna High school to St.Pious Girls school. these stray dogs chase two wheelers furiously barking. it is very dangorous to school going kids .. urgent action is required
