The counselling for admission into engineering, medicine and agriculture courses in AP will begin from 6 August.
Talking to media persons, EAMCET 2012 convenor M V Ramana Rao, on Thursday, said that counselling for EAMCET would be organized under the aegis of the Andhra Pradesh State Council Of Higher Education, from 6 August.
He said that the schedule for counselling for the streams of engineering, agriculture, architecture and pharmacy would be announced on Friday, after discussions with officials concerned.
He said that the officials were making arrangements for web-based counselling for courses in engineering, medicine and agriculture.
Meanwhile, Dr. NTR University Of Health Sciences in Vijayawada announced the dates for medical counselling for admission into the MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2012-13. counselling will be held at 4 centres - Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and Tirupati.
Candidates are not required to submit any application form for admission into MBBS/BDS Courses as per GO Ms. Nos. 140 and 141, HM and FW (E1) Dept .(Dt.04-07-2009).
The EAMCET 2012 rank-wise medical counselling will be held from 20 July to 27 July, for candidates of all categories. Eligible candidates have been advised to attend the counselling at any one of the counselling centres of their choice. (INN)
