Cabinet clears out over Telangana
20 cabinet ministers decide to quit, putting Rosaiah in a fix.

All 20 cabinet ministers hailing from Andhra and Rayalaseema have decided to quit the cabinet, putting the Rosaiah government in a clear fix. The rest of the council of ministers number 13, excluding the CM, and they belong to the Telangana region.
The CM is said to get a clear directive about the political situation in the state only today evening, as AICC chief Sonia Gandhi is away in Rae Bareilly.
Anam Ramanarayana Reddy, D Prasada Rao, S Vijayaramaraju, N Raghuveera Redd, Botsa Satyanarayana, P Viswaroop and Shilpa Mohan Reddy are among those who have announced their decision to quit, following pressure from their respective constituencies.
As for those MLAs who quit on Thursday, Kiran Kumar Reddy is still in the process of considering their resignations.
And meanwhile, the smug Telangana movement is also gaining impetus - a new body known as the Telangana Navnirman Sena (TNS) has been formed.
