Finance Minister Anam Ramnarayana Reddy described YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy as a "financial terrorist".
Talking to reporters at the state Secretariat here, Anam said that a close watch should be kept on Jagan's activities as he has resorted to financial irregularities on a large scale in the past. He said that Jagan was released as per the judicial procedures. "Jagan's release on bail had nothing to do with the Congress party or politics. Neither the Congress party, nor the Government has any role in Jagan's case," he said.
Earlier, Anam participated in a meeting of Seemandhra ministers, held at his chambers. PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana, Dr. N Raghuveera Reddy, P Balaraju and Kondru Murali were among the ministers who attended the meeting. (INN)
