The High Court, on Friday, adjourned to 27 June the hearing on the bail petition of YSR Congress Party president Jaganmohan Reddy, who was arrested in connection with the alleged disproportionate assets case.
The court, after hearing the arguments of Jaganmohan Reddy's counsel, posted the petition to 27 June.
While adjourning the petition, the court directed the CBI to file a counter petition over Jagan's bail petition.
With the CBI special court rejecting the bail petition, Jagan moved a petition in the High Court.
Meanwhile, the CBI special court has adjourned to 25 June the hearing on Nimmagadda Prasad's bail petition to June 25.
The CBI arrested Nimmagadda Prasad, the promoter of VANPIC project, in connection with the illegal assets case of Jaganmohan Reddy.(INN)
