Speaking on the High Court order given to him on the issue of illegal constructions on an NPS land, Khammam TRS MLA Puvvada Ajay Kumar today said that he would resign from his post if he was proven guilty and if Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao directed him to do so.
Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Kumar said that there was not an ounce of truth in the accusations made by the petitioner that he had encroached NPS land.
He claimed that there was no land to encroach upon near his college and that the college was built legally. He said that he had gotten the land located beside his Mamatha Medical College regularized by paying Rs. 2.1 crores under GO No 59.
