Will Show Might In Tandur Praja Poru On Apr 28: TDP

Telangana TDP president L Ramana and working president A Revanth Reddy today held a meeting with important party leaders of the united Ranga Reddy district and discussed the arrangements to be made for the party's "Praja Poru" public meeting at Tandur on April 28.

Speaking on the occasion, party president L Ramana exhorted the party leaders and cadre to go to the people and expose the "miserable" failures of the TRS government in the last three years and communicate the efficacy of the TDP.

Pointing out that the ruling TRS had been frequently proclaiming that the TDP in Telangana was no more, Ramana said, "We have to now prove our might to the TRS through the upcoming Praja Poru public meeting in Tandur."

Stating that the people were not believing the promises of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Revanth Reddy said that the much talked about Mission Kakatiya and Mission Bhageeratha projects were meant only to get collections from the contractors.

He also alleged that KCR had come out with the free double bedroom house program only to hoodwink the people who were getting restless with lack of any progress in the state. Stating that there were some 22 lakh people without houses in the state as per the integrated survey, he pointed out that the government had so far constructed only 1,400 houses.

He also alleged that the offer of Rs 8,000 per acre per year to the farmers was juat another gimmick by the CM keeping in view the 2019 Assembly elections. He demanded that the government actually deposit Rs 4,000 per acre for a crop in the bank accounts of 35 lakh farmers to show its earnestness.

Party politburo member Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy, leaders Garikapati Mohan Rao, Aravinda Kumar Goud, E Peddi Reddy and G Buchilingam and others were present.
