Annoyed by the behavior of the TDP MLAs, Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram today walked out of the House in a huff after throwing his headphones on his table.
On the second day of the ongoing special session of the Assembly, the TDP members began to demand that the Speaker take up discussion on the issue of the State capital Amaravathi. But Sitaram took up discussion on the issue of the SC Commission Bill.
This got the TDP members raising "Jai Amaravathi" slogans. When they did not relent for a long time, the Speaker expressed his displeasure at them and left the House.
Before leaving the House, Sitaram said that he was pained by the attitude of the Opposition party MLAs.
