TRS Woos Dubbaka Voters With Development Promises
The party slammed the Congress and the BJP for "irresponsible" talk on irrigation, water, welfare and development issues, and accused them of stalling growth.
Telangana finance minister and senior TRS leader T Harish Rao today lashed out at the opposition parties for seeking votes in the upcoming Dubbaka by-election, and promised the people of the constituency more development if they voted for the TRS candidate Sujatha, the widow of incumbent MLA and Solipeta Ramalinga Reddy who passed away necessitating?the by-election.
At his campaign in Daulathabad and other areas in the Dubbaka constituency, the minister accused the Congress and the BJP of making false accusations against the TRS.
He slammed the two national parties for resorting to "irresponsible" talk on irrigation, water, welfare and development issues, and accused them of stalling growth.
He claimed that the people saw through the machinations and malfeasance of the two parties, and were with the TRS and would elect Sujatha by a huge margin.
Rao also said that Ramalinga Reddy and his wife had struggled a lot for the development of the constituency, and that Sujatha would continue to serve the people following in Ramalinga Reddy footsteps.
