BJP leader and former minister Etala Rajender today hit out at the leaders of the TRS once again.
He alleged that the ruling party had been "encouraging hooliganism" in Huzurabad as it was "scared of losing" the upcoming by-election in the constituency.
Speaking to party workers and the public after launching his Praja Jeevana Yatra from Kamalapur mandal's Battivanipally, the leader claimed, "The TRS has been trying to employ various underhand means to secure the Huzurabad seat. It has resorted to threatening the people of the constituency. However, the end of the dictatorial rule of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will begin with the Huzurabad by-election. The people will no longer put up with a feudal government and will support truth and justice instead."
He then spoke about his ongoing padayatra and stated, "The pink party has been creating problems at every stage of my march to prevent it from becoming a success. I would like to warn it to stop doing such things. In fact, it is the responsibility of the TRS regime to ensure that my padayatra goes off well. Scores of people have extended their support to me. I promise to visit each and every household of Huzurabad."
Rajender had held prayers at the Anjaneya Swami temple along with his wife Jamuna before starting the yatra.
