Telangana Rashtra Samithi deputy floor leader T Harish Rao on Monday condemned Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy for serving a notice to Speaker Nadendla Manohar seeking the rejection of the State Reorganisation Bill in the Legislative Assembly.
Speaking to media persons, Harish Rao said that the Chief Minister has violated the rules in serving the notice. He said that the notice under Rule 77 should be served at least 10 days before the end of the session, but that Kiran Kumar Reddy served it when only four days were left for the conclusion of the ongoing session.
Harsih Rao also accused Kiran Kumar Reddy and TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu of having a secret pact to stall the formation of Telangana. However, he said that such conspiracies would not work any more, and added that Telangana would be a reality soon.
He claimed that people of the Seemandhra region too have understood the "game plan" of Kiran Kumar Reddy and Naidu, and that they have started condemning it. (INN)
