Temples In Telangana To Restart From June 8
People will need to follow the coronavirus lockdown norms to get darsan in the temples - wearing masks, sanitising hands and maintaining social distance.
Endowments Minister A Indrakaran Reddy today said that all the temples in the state would be reopened for the public from June 8.
The temples will be sanitized regularly and devotees will be screened before being allowed inside, he said.
There will be no distribution of theertha prasadams, satagopam blessings or regular rituals for now, he added.

There will be no special pujas, and devotees can only have general darsans.
A decision was yet to be taken on the Bonalu festivities, the minister said.
