The Telangana High Court on Thursday granted bail to all the three accused in the sensational TRS MLAs' poaching case.
The accused - Ramachandra Bharati from Faridabad, Nanda Kumar from Hyderabad and Simhayaji Swamy from Tirupati - who have been in judicial remand for the last 36 days, were granted bail on the condition that they should submit Rs 3 lakh each towards security, along with two sureties.
The High Court also asked the three accused not to leave Hyderabad, to appear before the SIT every Monday and to sign the register, and also to appear whenever called for questioning.
The three accused were caught by the Cyberabad police at a farmhouse on the outskirts of Hyderabad on October 26 when they were allegedly luring four TRS MLAs - Pilot Rohit Reddy, Guvvala Balaraju, B Harshavardhan Reddy and Rega Kantha Rao - into the BJP by offering huge money, posts and contracts.
Later, the State government constituted a Special Investigation Team to look into the investigation of the case.
