Telangana lawyers interrupt TDP meeting, which leads to violence; Congress demands that Chandrababu Naidu apologize
Hyderabad | 6th March 2010
Telangana lawyers today disrupted a speech being made by TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu at Indira Park. They demanded that he state clearly his opinion on the Telangana issue. When the TDP honcho refused to comment on the topic, the lawyers went on the offensive, which led to a fracas.

TDP workers present there tried to hurl them out, and the violence caused injuries to a few lawyers.

The TRS, the Congress and the Telangana JAC have all asked Chandrababu Naidu to apologize.
Babu has refused to apologize, saying that it was wrong on the part of the lawyers to interrupt the meeting going on.
