Notifications have been issued for the sale of Housing Board plots in various districts across the State over the next ten days.
The Telangana Housing Board will conduct an auction of vacant plots in various urban areas, including those within the GHMC limits, from October 6.
On the first day, 22 residential plots and flats located in the Chintal and Nizampet-Bachupally areas of the city will be sold through a public auction. Of these, 18 MIG and HIG plots are in Chintal, while 4 plots are in Nizampet-Bachupally.
A notification in this regard was issued on September 15.
In the recent land auctions held by the Housing Board in several phases in the KPHB Colony area, land fetched around Rs 70 crore per acre through e-auctions. Following that trend, four commercial plots in KPHB Colony will be sold via e-auction next on October 7 and 8. In addition to 6,549 square yards in Phases 1 and 2, plots measuring 2,420 sq yards, 2,397 sq yards and 726 sq yards, will also be auctioned on October 7. A 1,148 sq yard commercial plot in the Nampally area will be auctioned on October 8.
Commercial lands measuring 10,890 sq m in Chintal, and 13,503 sq m, 5,953.2 sq m and 3,630 sq m in the Raviryala area of Maheshwaram mandal, will also be sold through e-auction on October 9 and 10.
In addition, notifications have been issued for the sale of Housing Board plots in various districts across the State over the next ten days. These include plots in Sangareddy-Sadashivapet, and lands belonging to Jogulamba Gadwal, Nizamabad and other districts, Housing Board officials said.
