Telangana Govt Sanctions 121 Posts For TSPSC
These posts have been created subject to the condition that the Telangana employees allotted from the APPSC, if any, will be accommodated in the posts.
The Telangana Government on Friday created as many as 121 posts in the recently constituted Telangana State Public Service Commission.
The State Government had appointed the TSPSC comprising of a Chairman and three members on December 17. While Ganta Chakrapani was appointed as the Chairman, C Vittal, Mateenuddin Quadri and Dr Banoth Chandravath were nominated as members.
As a follow-up, the State Government has now accorded sanction for the creation of more posts in the body.
The posts that have been created for the TSPSC are: Additional Secretary (1); Deputy Secretary (2); Assistant Secretary (6); Assistant Secretary - Accounts (1): Section Officer (26); Assistant Section Officer (26); Junior Assistant (26); Shroff (1); Record Assistant (5); Roneo Operator (2); Jamedar (1); Dafedar (2); Driver (2); Office Subordinate (20).
These posts have been created subject to the condition that the Telangana employees allotted from the APPSC, if any, will be accommodated in the posts on priority, duly suppressing an equal number of posts immediately, and that these posts are not exclusive - i. e. not additional or supernumerary, but subject to the strength in each category that would be allotted to the share of the State of Telangana.
