Telangana EAMCET Results Announced
While AP students dominated the top ranks, a boy from Hyderabad bagged the first rank in the engineering stream.

The results of the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2022 were released on Friday.
Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy announced the results, which are hosted on the website https://eamcet.tsche.ac.in.
80.41% of the engineering test-takers and 88.34% of those in the AM part of the test qualified. Of the 1,56,860 students who appeared for the engineering test, 1,26,140 qualified. Likewise, 80,575 appeared for the AM stream, and 71,180 qualified.
A boy from Hyderabad, Polu Lakshmi Sai Lohith Reddy, bagged the first rank in the engineering stream with 151.61 marks. Nakka Dipika belonging to Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh got the second rank.
In the AM stream, Juturi Neha of Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh, secured the first rank with 154.14 marks. V Neha achieved the second rank.
Speaking on the occasion, Sabitha Indra Reddy congratulated all the qualified students and said that the dates of counselling would be announced soon after the completion of all the formalities and arrangements.
She also urged the parents and students not to get confused over which courses and colleges to choose. She said that the higher education department would soon set up a counselling centre for giving guidance in those areas.
