EAGLE Busts Ganja Racket In Dornakal
The police seized 26.8 kg of ganja worth over Rs 13 lakh, two vehicles, four mobile phones and packing materials, and arrested four persons.

In a major anti-narcotics crackdown, the EAGLE Force Telangana, in coordination with the Dornakal police, seized 26.8 kg of ganja worth over Rs 13 lakh and arrested four persons involved in inter-State drug trafficking.
The officials intercepted a Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle and a Maruti Ertiga car near Dornakal. A search revealed 17 packets of ganja concealed in three bags.
The accused - identified as Chandrasekhar, Vijay Kanth, Vinod and Shashikanth - had allegedly procured the contraband from a supplier in Odisha and were transporting it from Bhadrachalam to Hyderabad via Yellandu.
The police seized the narcotics, two vehicles, four mobile phones and packing materials. The accused and the seized items have been handed over to the Dornakal police station for further legal action.
Efforts are underway to nab another absconding accused, Vaskula Raju.
