Alleging irregularities in the Group II examination held on November 11, the Telangana Congress demanded the State government order an investigation into it and also re-conduct the exam.
The Group II examination, the Singareni question paper leak and EAMCET 2 paper leak were reminiscent of Madhya Pradesh Vyapam Scam, the Congress' members said at Gandhi Bhavan.
TPCC official spokesperson K Manavata Roy alleged that the there were several loopholes in the invigilation and conductio of the examination. He asked the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) how could it conduct an examination without having software for decoding the OMR.
Roy claimed that neither the hall tickets nor the OMR sheets asked for the student's photo ID. The examination did not even have a biometric system, he claimed.
He also alleged that the examiners tampered with OMR sheets with the whitener pen after knowing their mistake.
Roy promised that the Congress would stand by the Group II aspirants till the examinations are re-conducting.
