TS Budget Session From March 10, Budget on March 13

According to Finance Minister Etela Rajender, the budget will be formulated in such a manner that the fruits of the welfare programs reached the people.

The Telangana Assembly Budget session is slated to start from March 10. And the state's annual budget for 2017-18 will be presented on March 13.

According to Finance Minister Etela Rajender, the budget will be formulated in such a manner that the fruits of the welfare programs reached the people.

Increased funds will be provided for the dalit and girijan sections, in accordance with the Sub-Plan rules.

Etela recalled that after the formation of the state, a Rs. 1 lakh crore budget was presented in the first year, and a Rs. 1.30 lakh crore budget in the second year.

He said that State was marching ahead with rapid speed in development activities.
