The BJP held a rally today demanding that the state government implement the Dalit Bandhu scheme across the entire state.
The state in-charge of the party Tarun Chug, BJP state president Bandi Sanjay Kumar, party leaders Vijayashanti, Vivek Venkataswamy and Etela Rajender, and many others took part in the rally, which was called Dappula Motha.
The rally culminated at the Dr B R Ambedkar statue near Tank Bund, and the leaders paid floral tributes to the statue.
Speaking on the occasion, Chug said that the recent victory of the party in the Huzurabad by-election was just a trailer, and that the party would show the real "cinema" to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao in the days to come.
He alleged that KCR and his family were looting the state like the 40 thieves in the Alibaba story.
Bandi Sanjay said that he was ready to cut off his head for the people of the state. He vowed that the party would not allow KCR to sleep until he implemented the Dalit Bandhu scheme across the entire state.
He also alleged that the CM had diverted the SC sub-plan funds.
