T Bill Will Be Passed: TRS

TRS senior leader B Vinod claims that the Telangana Bill would be passed with a huge majority in both the Houses of the Parliament.
Hyderabad | 6th February 2014
Former MP and TRS senior leader B Vinod on Thursday claimed that the Telangana Bill would be passed with a huge majority in both the Houses of the Parliament.

Speaking to media persons, Vinod dismissed reports that the Bill would be defeated in the Parliament. He advised the people of Telangana not to get misled by such reports, and said that all efforts to stall the Bill would prove futile.

Referring to the uproar in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha over the Bill, he said that all important Bills that were passed by the Parliament had faced similar circumstances but were passed in the end. Similarly, the Telangana Bill will be passed by a huge majority in the Parliament, he said.

Vinod also expressed confidence that the BJP would keep its promise of supporting the Telangana Bill. He condemned Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy for carrying out a campaign against the Telangana Bill.

He appealed to Seemandhra leaders to extend support for the smooth bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. He added that the people of Telangana would stand for the rights of Seemandhra people after the bifurcation. (INN)
