The Two Telugu-speaking States - Telangana and Andhra Pradesh - are likely to witness heavy rains during the next three days.
This was revealed by the city-based Hyderabad Meteorological Department.
The authorities of the met said that several parts of Telangana were likely to witness rains coupled with thunderstorms, and that several other parts of the State would witness normal to very heavy rains.
They said that a north-south low depression formed from Madhya Pradesh to the Komarin area, Marathwada region, central Maharashtra, and Karnataka, was located at a height of 0.9 km.
The AP-based Amaravati Meteorological Centre authorities also said that the State would witness light to heavy rains in different parts.
