TDP Ridicules CM's New Schemes

The Chief Minister's schemes sound like names of Tollywood movies, remarks a TDP leader.

The Telugu Desam Party on Thursday ridiculed the new schemes that were recently launched by Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy.

Addressing a press conference at NTR Trust Bhavan, TDP poliburo member Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy remarked that the Chief Minister's schemes sound like names of Tollywood movies.

Accusing Kiran Kumar Reddy of acting like a dictator, he said that cabinet ministers themselves were not aware of the schemes recently launched by the CM.

Chandramohan Reddy said that the state's exchequers were empty, and that no budget has been allocated for "Amma Hastham" and other schemes. He added that Kiran Kumar Reddy is taking the state backwards. (INN
