TDP Corporators Stage Dharna At Mayor's Chamber

The GHMC corporators of the Telugu Desam Party on Tuesday staged a dharna before the chamber of Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain demanding immediate execution of sanitation works.

Led by floor leader Singireddy Srinivas Reddy, the TDP corporators said that the rainy season was fast approaching, and was expected to be intense.

"There is every possibility of an outbreak of highly contagious diseases and epidemics. Therefore, it is imperative to take up sanitation works in all the wards of the GHMC, to clean all the nalas to curtail mosquito breeding, and also to lay all the roads," Reddy said. (INN)
