Stating that the formation of Telangana was in the last stages, Sridhar Babu asked the Seemandhra leaders to cooperate in the smooth bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.
Legislative Affairs Minister D Sridhar Babu on Saturday claimed that the process of Telangana formation would be completed by December 25.
Speaking to media persons at the State Secretariat here, Sridhar Babu said that the Telangana Bill could be sent to the Legislative Assembly at any time and that he hoped the Bill would be passed in the House.
Stating that the formation of Telangana was in the last stages, he asked the Seemandhra leaders to cooperate in the smooth bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.
Sridhar Babu also dismissed reports of differences between Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and Speaker Nadendla Manohar and said that he would make efforts to resolve the differences between them, if any. (INN)
