With the death of one more person in Gandhi Hospital on Monday due to Swine flu, the toll taken by the viral disease in the State has risen to five.
The latest victim was found to be from Amberpet.
During the season from August 1 to September 27, some 767 samples were examined, of which 121 were found to be positive, and number of deaths because of Swine flu and other complications was five as on September 28.
A sufficient stock of medicines is available at all Telangana hospitals, and there are enough testing kits, according to the government. The Institute of Preventive Medicine (IPM) is also providing free testing services to all in-patients from private hospitals.
