Sucharitha Reddy Congress Nominee In Palair Election

The wife of Congress MLA Ramreddy Venkat Reddy who passed away recently will be the Congress candidate for the Telangana Assembly constituency by-election.

Sucharitha Reddy, the wife of Congress MLA Ramreddy Venkat Reddy who passed away recently, will be the Congress candidate for the Palair Assembly constituency by-election in Telangana's Khammam district.

The family members of Sucharitha Reddy sent the proposal to the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee. TPCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy also met with her family members on Saturday and held discussions with them.

The Congress high command is likely to announce Sucharitha Reddy's name soon officially as its candidate for the bypoll.

The by-election for the Palair constituency was necessitated by to the death of Venkat Reddy.
