The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) on Sunday announced that it will introduce special bus services from various places across the state, to enable devotees of Sathya Sai Baba to reach Puttaparthi for his final darshan.
In a statement, the RTC said that special buses will be run from Hyderabad, Tirupati and Vijayawada, and Kadapa and Anantapur districts, to Puttaparthi.
The RTC has also stated that it will provide its buses on hire if devotees of Sathya Sai Baba desire to charter the buses.
Devotees seeking more information on chartering buses will need to contact the Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station and other RTC depots.
Meanwhile, the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has also declared that it would run special buses from different places of the state to Puttaparthi. (INN)
