"Siege Of Raj Bhavan If Governor Does Not Approve TSRTC Merger Bill"
The Telangana Mazdoor Union warned that it would lay siege to the Raj Bhavan if the Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan did approve the TSRTC merger bill.
The Telangana Mazdoor Union (TMU) has warned that it would lay siege to the Raj Bhavan if the Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan did approve the TSRTC merger bill.
TMU General Secretary Thomas Reddy said that CM K Chandrashekar Rao was bringing light to 43,373 families in the TSRTC through the merger, but that the Governor was trying to fill darkness in their lives.
He said that it was wrong for the Governor not to approve the TSRTC merger bill proposed by the State government, and that the Governor was acting like a BJP worker.
Claiming that the merger would change the lives of the TSRTC workers immediately, he demanded that the Governor to approve the bill post haste, and warned that all TSRTC workers would carry out protest programs with black badges if she failed to do so.
