The minister visited Yashoda Hospital and consoled the family members of the girl, who died while undergoing treatment for 90% burns.
Ravali belongs to Warangal, and the body was shifted to Ramachandrapuram village in Sangem mandal after a post-mortem.
The minister visited the hospital when the post-mortem was going on.
The State government had borne all the expenditure for the treatment of Ravali, but unfortunately her condition was critical right from when she was admitted to the hospital, and she could not survive, he said. The government would take all possible steps to avoid the recurrence of such heinous crimes, he vowed.
