TRS deputy floor leader T Harish Rao on Wednesday alleged that Seemandhra MLAs are wasting public money by stalling the proceedings of the state Legislative Assembly.
Speaking to media persons, Harish Rao said that frequent adjournments were wrong, and that the House must debate the Telangana Bill.
He said that it is unethical on the part of MLAs to stall the House after agreeing to hold discussions on the Bill.
He alleged that the House is being stalled at the instance of Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and TDP president Chandrababu Naidu.
Harish Rao said that any further delay in passing the Telangana Bill would hurt the sentiments of the people of the Telangana region, and that the Chief Minister and Naidu would be responsible if people "express their reaction". (INN)
