With the High Court relaxing the conditions of his bail and granting him to liberty to move anywhere in the country, firebrand TDP MLA from Kodangal A Revanth Reddy arrived in Hyderabad this afternoon and addressed his jubilant party cadres uttering a cine dialogue, "Simham single gaa vachindi, veta modalayindi" (lion has come alone, and the hunt has started).
Addressing the rally, the TDP leader, who is the principal accused in the infamous note-for-vote case, alleged that the "dictatorial attitude" of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was hampering the development of the State.
He said that the people of Telangana had voted for KCR's party because he had promised to transform the State into a "Bangaru Telangana", but after assuming power, wanted to make the State a "Drinkers Telangana" with his cheap liquor policy. He also alleged that the "drunkard KCR" had belittled the sacrifices of hundreds of Telangana martyrs by proposing the cheap liquor policy.
Asserting that the TDP government had developed Hyderabad into a hi-tech city on international lines, Reddy accused the ruling party of trying to eliminate his party in Telangana. He complained that the ruling party was indulging in removing the banners and flexis of the TDP in the city.
Stepping up his attack on KCR, Reddy said, "Knowing that the lion will enter Hyderabad, the coward KCR has fled to China in a special flight."
He also said KCR was enjoying a luxururious life at his farmhouse while farmers were committing suicides across the State.
